Background
The Congo is mentioned in the song "Civilization," which appears on Galaxy News Radio, Diamond City Radio and Appalachia Radio.
A display plaque in Vault 118 claims that Ezra Parker saved a Congolese tribe, the "Abbadoobo," from a tiger attack, for which he was gifted a collection of pygmy skulls.[1] This is a complete fabrication, as no species of tigers exist in Africa, and the skulls are made of plastic.
The country is mentioned in the love note.
