Variants

Key

There are several keys found in the wasteland, categorized into one of two types. There are low-tech keys for mechanical locks and high-tech key cards for electronic locks.

Key ring

A simple key ring, used for holding multiple keys. Stays in the inventory as a collection of the keys, showing all keys in one's possession when selected.

Nuke key

A special key of some sort. Unlocks the nuclear warhead's control console, located on the fourth level of the Los Angeles vault under the Cathedral.

Pass key

An electronic security key, color coded red/blue/yellow. Used to open corresponding colored doors.
