Notes
- Does not reduce the weight of power armor in stash.
- The perk has an effect only on power armor parts and chassis that are not worn by the player, since power armor worn does not count towards the total weight of the player.
- Before update 58, Portable Power was an Intelligence perk and had 3 ranks that reduced weight by 25%/50%/75%.
