Ray Chaifetz, known professionally as Ray Chase is an American actor who voiced Jacob Lerner, Simon Gladwell, super mutants and other additional voices in Fallout 76, such as Grahm. In the Wastelanders update, he voiced Ward and Fritz, while in the Night of the Moth update, he provided various advertisement voices on Pirate Radio.
He also voiced a major character that was cut from Fallout 4, though he was still credited with additional voices.[1][2]
Career
Ray Chase is an actor and voice actor born on May 20, 1987, in Freehold Township, New Jersey, USA. He is best known for voicing Noctis in Final Fantasy XV (2016) and Roy in Fire Emblem Heroes (2017). His career also includes roles in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure (2016-2019) as Rubber Soul, One Punch Man (2015-2019) as Puri-Puri Prisoner, and video games like Persona 5 (2016) as the Subway Announcer. Chase has voiced characters across anime, games, and commercials, earning a reputation for his versatile range, and holds an MFA from USC.

Ray Chase: "Absolutely! For Fallout 4, I was a big character and the character was removed from the game. That was sad because I'm a big, big Fallout fan but I got to be in Fallout 76, so it's all good. They actually still credited me in Fallout 4 which they didn’t have to do. There were a few other instances not as notable as that."
