Harris is a bartender in the Downtown area of the Pitt in 2277.

Background

Harris operates the Vertigo Bar and Grill, taking particular pleasure in supplying the rest of his fellow Pitt raiders with alcohol.[1][2][3] He primarily sells alcohol, but also sells Jet and other chems when he is able to acquire them. As his bar is located high up, he is thinking of investing in railings to prevent accidental deaths.[Non-game 1][Non-game 2]

If the Lone Wanderer visits the grill after gaining their freedom in the arena, Harris will welcome them to the establishment and readily serve them.[4]
