The Pyrolyzer is a unique flamer in Fallout 76.

Characteristics

The Pyrolyzer bears the Suppressor's legendary effect, reducing the target's damage output by 25% for 5 seconds. It is visually identical to a normal flamer.

Weapon modifications

By default, the weapon comes with the following:

• Standard tank
• Long barrel
• Large propellant tank
• Standard nozzle
• Standard paint

Location

• The Pyrolyzer can only be acquired by completing the side quest Tracking Unknowns.

Notes

• Like any flamer, the Pyrolyzer is affected by the Grounded mutation.
• The Fallout 76 Vault Dweller's Survival Guide erroneously lists the Pyrolyzer as a reward for the quest Play Time rather than Tracking Unknowns. This may or may not reflect a developmental version of the game.
