People need government, they yearn for it. I think it's the civic duty of every red blooded American patriot to serve...

Benjamin Beasley was a candidate interviewed for the position of overseer of Vault 114 before the Great War.

Background

Beasley was the third candidate to be interviewed for overseer, but he was found to be too civilly oriented for the purposes of Vault 114's experiment of having an anti-authority individual lead the affluent population of Boston. After proposing the creation of a Vault Resident's Council to solve disagreements and espousing that "people need government, they yearn for it," his interview abruptly concluded.[1]

Appearances

Benjamin Beasley is mentioned only in Fallout 4.
