Hadrian claims that he is "world famous"... and that "fame is fleeting,"[1] he is a struggling stand-up comedian, whose main act is to insult people at the Atomic Wrangler Casino. He is locked into working with the Garrets through a binding contract.[2]
Talent Pool: He needs the player character to convince James Garret to release him from his contract to go work for the Tops. Once completed, the Tops sign bills him as the "Ghoul of Guffaws" and he performs at 1:00 PM.
When the player character first talks to him, he may mistake them for a heckler that Garret hired to "spice up" the show.
After he is recruited for the Tops, the Tops promoter will insult the player character, claiming it to be a way to promote Hadrian.
When standing near Hadrian while he performs, he will make jokes depending on the player character's S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats (either if they are 6 or greater, or 4 or lower; if any stat equals 5, he will not speak the lines for that stat).

"Buddy, you look tough enough to drink a pint of glowing water. Why don't you do us all a favor and try it?" – If the Courier has 6 or higher Endurance
"My friend, you've got style, grace, and charm - the style of a feral Ghoul, the grace of a Super mutant, and the charm of a Deathclaw." – If the Courier has 4 or lower Charisma
↑The Courier: "So who are you, exactly?" Harridan: "Either you need to get your eyes checked or that "fame is fleeting" thing is true - and since I happen to be world famous, you must be going blind. Name's Hadrian. Bet you never saw a ghoul in a suit before, huh? Course, you don't exactly strike me as the worldly type." (Hadrian's dialogue)
↑The Courier: "So you perform stand-up comedy, huh?" Harridan: "Eesh, is my act that bad, or are you just that dumb? Yeah, that's right - got me a nice, juicy contract with the management." The Courier: "Judging from the economic state of Freeside, they can't be paying you that much." Harridan: "Okay, I admit it, I ain't exactly rolling in caps here, but whaddya want? I'm under contract, I can't get out." (Hadrian's dialogue)
