Ally: Lab Rat is an ally quest for Sofia Daguerre in the Fallout 76 update Wastelanders.
Background
Before ATHENA can be destroyed, a U.S.S.A. access keycard is required to access Sugar Grove. Go to the US-13C Bivouac and retrieve the keycard from a footlocker. Watch out for any feral ghouls lingering around the camp. Return it to Sofia to complete the quest.
