Toothache is a miscellaneous quest and a "repair robot" Refuge random encounter in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: The Pitt update.
Walkthrough
The dentist is searching for his missing Assistron. You can find the robot and just talk to it with Intelligence 8+ and repair it and then send it back to the dentist. It can be found roaming arround the target area behind shelves and staff.
